Building a business from the ground up has been an incredible journey. It’s such a challenge to acquire your first client and then build a team capable of servicing clients. After all the time and money you invest, earning that first dollar of revenue is such an incredible feeling.
Roadmap to Success
A roadmap and hard work are always the keys to success. There is no shortcut in life for hard work. You also need to make sure that your work is always focused on a goal.

Arcadia gave me many opportunities to explore different career paths that shaped the future I chose for myself. I had a number of folks in the Athletics Department, including Mike Hebenstreit, Brian Granata, Todd Barnes, and Chris Merce, who supported me through every step of my journey at Arcadia.
